ADH-Tea

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because ADH-Tea is limited to 15 participants, each registration reserves one of a small number of available spots.

Registrations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact AFC at least 24 hours before the scheduled ADH-Tea, and your registration may be transferred once to the next scheduled gathering.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the gathering and no-shows are not eligible for transfer.

If AFC must cancel or reschedule an ADH-Tea, you may choose to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.

Privacy & Community Expectations

ADH-Tea is intended to be a comfortable space for adult connection and conversation. Participants may choose to share personal experiences about themselves, their families, and their children.

Please respect the privacy of everyone in the group. Personal stories, names, and identifying information shared by other participants should not be repeated or shared outside of ADH-Tea.

ADH-Tea sessions are not recorded.
