At Autism Family Consultants, we are building a workforce initiative focused on creating meaningful employment opportunities for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent young adults in Jamaica.
As part of this vision, AFC has secured a micro franchise through EcoWash Global that will operate as PodWash Jamaica — an eco-friendly car wash model designed to support workforce training, skill building, and sustainable employment opportunities.
This initiative is being developed to help bridge the gap between school and adulthood by creating real-world opportunities that promote confidence, independence, and community inclusion.
